Yamaha’s P-45 is an 88 key digital piano featuring a graded hammer action and voices that accurately recreate the feel and tone of playing a grand piano. Yamaha’s graded hammer standard (GHS) action is meticulously designed to capture the authenticity of an acoustic piano with notes at the lower end of the register feeling heavier than those at the higher end, and yamaha uses AWM stereo sampling to record and recreate actual acoustic instruments in a digital format. The P-45 is also extremely simple to use as it utilises a Grand Piano/Function button to play demo sources, configure the metronome, select different voices and more, ensuring the keyboard isn’t cluttered with buttons and is as user friendly as possible.
