We offer a variety of repairs in store and have a team of trusted repairers to handle the bigger jobs.

Guitar & Bass Repairs

Our Guitar Technician is a local legend with over 20 years of experience on the tools, so you know your instrument is in trusted hands to get any work done. Our Tech is fully equipped to do major jobs like refretting and refinish work as well as all the more common tasks like fret dressing and electronics work.

Guitar Restrings - $40
This includes 6, 7 & 8 string guitars and 4, 5 & 6 string basses.
Add $10 for 12 string guitars.
*Fixed bridge & non-locking tremolos only - Floyd Rose style systems will be sent to our Guitar Tech.

• Removal of old strings
• Cleaning & conditioning of fretboard
• Cleaning body of instrument
• Restring and tune
• Truss rod adjustment
• *Additional cleaning charge may be incurred if instrument is in poor condition*

Solidbody Guitar/Bass Output Jack Replacement - $60
This includes the correct jack for the instrument.

Machine Head Replacement - Guitar/Bass - $30 + Restring Cost
We stock a large range of replacement tuning machine head sets in store.

For any other repairs that aren't listed here, get in touch with us and we can get you a quote for anything from a restring to a rebuild.

Drum Repairs 

We've got all the gear to get your drums back in playing order. Between our in store team and our external Drum Tech, there is no job too big for us to handle. We have access to most major brands and stock a large range of replacement parts to make it easy. Our Drum Tech is equipped to work on anything from rope & hide drums through to cymbal & hardware repairs, our team can get your drums back in top condition.

Drumhead Change and Tune - $35 per drum
Batter or Reso head

• Removal of old drumhead
• Installing new drumhead 
• Cleaning drum
• Tuning drum

Snare Drum Service - $50
Replace drumheads & snare wire and tune 

Full Drum Kit Head Change and Tune - from $120
Replace Batter and Reso drumheads and tune

Brass & Woodwind Repairs

Our Brass & Woodwind Tech has been trusted by players for over 20 years and is an Authorized Yamaha and Jupiter Service Agent. From basic services through to full restorations, we can get your instrument back in top shape.

Basic Service: Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute - $195

Basic Services includes:

• Cleaning pads
• Checking all parts
• Checking and adjusting crown mechanism
• Adjusting keys
• Replacement of up to 4 bumper corks
• Lubricating all parts
• Full test

Full Service - Trumpet, Trombone - $195
Brass services include Chemical and Ultrasonic internal and external cleaning 

Full Service - French Horn - $187.50
